Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and Tap for Her, operated by Muhammad Sheharyar, a sole proprietor based in Pakistan, reachable at hello@tapforher.com. “We” and “us” below mean Muhammad Sheharyar, trading as Tap for Her. By making a surprise or a wedding card, opening one, adding a wish or an RSVP, buying an upgrade or signing in, you agree to them. You must be at least 13 years old to use Tap for Her.
What Tap for Her does
You create an interactive surprise page or a wedding card, we give you a link, and the people you send it to open it on their phone or computer. Friends you invite can add wishes to a surprise, and wedding guests can RSVP. These are digital products delivered online — nothing is shipped. How our data handling works is explained in our Privacy policy.
Your content
- It stays yours. You keep ownership of the words, photos, songs and voice notes you add.
- You let us host it. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, copy, resize and display your content only as needed to run the service — for example, showing it to whoever opens your link. This ends when you delete it.
- You must have the rights. Only upload photos, music and recordings you own or have permission to use — and be mindful of the people pictured in them.
- Links are unlisted. Anyone who has a surprise's link can view it, and anyone with its friend invite link can add a wish. Share them carefully.
Acceptable use
Tap for Her is for kindness. Please don't use it to:
- harass, threaten, bully, stalk or shame anyone, or send a surprise to someone who has asked you not to contact them;
- share anything illegal, including sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate images, hate speech or content that incites violence;
- impersonate someone else or pretend a surprise comes from a person or organisation it doesn't;
- post content that infringes someone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- spread spam, scams, phishing or malware, or collect other people's data;
- overload, probe, scrape or try to break the service, or get around its limits.
Removing content
We may remove any surprise, wish, reply or file — or suspend an account — if we believe it breaks these terms or the law, or puts someone at risk. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you why. To report something, email hello@tapforher.com with the link; we act on reports quickly, and copyright holders can send a takedown notice to the same address.
Prices and payment
Tap for Her is free during launch — every template and feature is unlocked until 31 October 2026. Paid upgrades (a Premium surprise, the Love Pass, Wedding Plus and Wedding Family) are listed with their prices on our Pricing page. They are one-time payments: nothing renews automatically. Before paid upgrades open we'll give notice on the site, and anything you made before then won't be taken down because pricing changed.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about payments and handles returns. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the purchase itself. A paid upgrade starts as soon as the payment is confirmed and applies to the surprise or wedding you bought it for (or, for the Love Pass, to the surprises you make in the 12 months after).
Refunds
Every purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: ask within 14 days of paying and you get a full refund, no questions asked. How to ask is on our refund policy page.
The service is provided “as is”
We work hard to keep Tap for Her running and your surprises safe, but it's provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a surprise will be seen at a particular moment. Please keep your own copies of photos and recordings that matter to you.
To the extent the law allows, Tap for Her is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content that users create. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it (which, during the free launch, is zero). Nothing here limits rights you have that can't legally be limited.
Ending things
You can stop using Tap for Her any time, delete individual surprises in My surprises, or delete your whole account on the account page. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever shut the service down, we'll give reasonable notice where we can.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When the change is meaningful we'll update the date above and give notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use Tap for Her afterwards means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Pakistan, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
