What to include, so we can help fast
- A surprise: her name and the link you made (it starts with
tapforher.com/w/). - A wedding card: the couple’s names and the card’s link (
tapforher.com/i/). - A payment or refund: the email address you paid with, or the order number on your receipt from Paddle, and what happened.
- Something not working: what you tapped, what you expected, what you saw — and your phone model and browser if you know them. A screenshot helps a lot.
Payments and receipts
Payments are taken by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for our orders. Your receipt comes from Paddle, and you can look up any order at paddle.net. For refunds, see our refund policy — or just email us and we’ll sort it out.
Privacy and takedowns
To delete your account and everything you made, use the account page, or email us from the address you signed in with. If a page on Tap for Her shows you and you didn’t agree to it, email us the link and we’ll take it down — see our privacy policy.
